Designed for liquids and slurries such as acids, petrochemicals, and waste effluents, the ISOLOK SAA slurry sampler ensures that your samples are representative of your entire process and operators are protected from potentially hazardous products

This automatic liquid sampler is made with 316 Stainless Steel components to meet different process applications.
The ISOLOK sampler's design uses compressed air and an electrical controller to force a plunger into up to 200 psi (13.8 bar) pressurized processes for complete representative sampling.
Metal parts of the sampler are made of 316 stainless steel, other alloys are available for varied applications and process conditions. Process contact seals are filled Teflon for chemical applications or wear-resistant elastomers for abrasive slurries. Modular components allow selection of various bodies and plungers to meet different process applications.

This ISOLOK SAA slurry automatic sampler has a variety of options such as various materials of construction and seal materials, port closures, different container types, sample enclosures, etc.
The sampler is available with two different sample sizes, 3 cc or 8 cc per sample cycle.
Handles line pressures from vacuum up to 200 psi (13.8 bar) in most applications.
Rugged 316 stainless steel construction.
This slurry and liquid sampler can be used for batch or composite sampling.
ATEX- compliant models available.
