Reason for your return

 Return for credit (stock items only)

      • Stock item price is greater than $500
      • Stock item is still in its original, unopened packaging
      • Return request is received within 30 days from date of shipment from SEC
      • A 25% restocking fee may apply

           Return for repair

            • Product is less than 10 years old and is still being sold by SEC
            • Product item price is greater than $1500. (Some exceptions apply)
            • Used products are fully decontaminated prior to shipment to SEC
            • Repairs are subject to a minimum $500 inspection fee

          Return for damage upon receipt

              • Product shipments that arrive damaged should be refused
              • Return requests for accepted shipments must be submitted with 7 days of receipt
              • Damages must be noted on the carrier delivery record

            Shipment discrepancies

              • Discrepancies in shipments, such as shortages, overages or mislabel products
              • Return request submitted within 30 days of receipt

            Non-returnable reasons

              • Discontinued items
              • Special order items
              • SEC supplier will not accept return
              • Custom configured systems
              • Items with wear or damage beyond repair
              • Altered or refurbished items
              • Hazardous materials
