The Sentry RB bulk solids sampler automates sampling of dry materials such as granules, powders, flakes or pellets from gravity chutes and hoppers.
To obtain a sample, the Sentry RB sampler's air cylinder moves a sample tube through the process flow. Simultaneously, an auger conveys the sample material to the discharge point. Each sample size is controlled and can be changed with a sampler controller allowing for maximum control over your processes.
- The RB sampler is available in different stroke lengths to accommodate different process lines.
- This bulk solids sampler is flexible with a variety of options available – release coating, QPQ hardening, pre-plumbed filter-regulator, and more.
- The Model RB sampler is capable of adapting to a variety of process line types and sizes.
