Designed for sampling powders, flakes, and granules, the ISOLOK SAK sampler ensures that your samples are representative of your entire process.
The ISOLOK sampler's design uses compressed air to grab a fixed amount of product at set intervals. The product is then discharged by gravity to a sample container. This ensures that your sample is representative of the entire batch.

  • The SAK powder sampler is designed to capture a 16 or 18cc sample each cycle, making it adaptable to sampling requirements.
  • The sampler's tri-clamp mounting design allows for easy installation, maintenance, and versatility within process lines- verticle drop chutes, slide cutes, or bins/hoppers.
  • Handles powder, flakes or pellets up to 11/32 inch (9mm) without shearing or degrading sample material.
