The compact MicroMag magnetic filter can benefit many different applications. By passing fluid down the outside of a rare earth magnet, you can assure your contamination is efficiently captured. This is because contamination builds up in a controlled, non-blocking way, regardless of how much contamninantion is held.
SmartSkim's MicroMag channels remain open allowing fluid to continue to flow freely. The filtered fluid flows through the return slots located in the upper section of the magnetic core, down through the center and exits through the outlet port.
- The MicroMag will filter to a sub-micron level using a high intensity rare earth magnet.
- The magnet comes in a variety of sizes and PSI limits, making it suitable for all machining applications.
- It’s large holding capacity ensures efficient functionality and minimized downtime.
