Sentry Saf-T-Vise Coupon Holders

Sentry Saf-T-Vise coupon holders handle small pieces of various materials and shapes and expose them to the process stream. The holders provide an intuitive user experience and customize their configuration.

Saf-T-Vise also offers a unique, patented safety feature to increase operator safety: an easy-to-use collet that locks the shaft within the process stream in both low and extremely high-pressure conditions.

The coupon holders work with a variety of corrosion coupons, including rod (cylinder), flat (strip) single hole, flat (strip) dual hole, and disk, to measure the rate of corrosion within a high-pressure pipeline.

Benefits

Saf-T-Vise coupon holders protect operator safety by offering mechanical insertion capability in-high pressure process streams.

The coupon holders can mount in any orientation at a variety of extension lengths up to 20 feet to reach locations that are difficult to access. Saf-T-Vise STV-T Series insertion tools are used to mechanically insert the corrosion coupon rods into high-pressure streams, protecting operator safety.

The components are tested at safety pressure 1.5x the operating pressure, making Saf-T-Vise coupon holders the optimal choice for high-pressure applications. In addition, this validation feature assures compliance with PHMSA regulations and NACE standards, assuring safety while avoiding substantial financial penalties.

Finally, Sentry’s 30 years of experience comes with the Saf-T-Vise brand. This expertise ensures the product you select will work for your needs, and our experts also advise your team on a suitable installation location.
