Sampling for Pharmaceutical Facilities

Sampling is the act of capturing product from the process for the purpose of analysis.  When sampling from a pharmaceutical reactor vessel it is essential that the sample be taken without contaminating the product.

Sentry offers:

  • a number of sampler models that are designed and certified for sanitary use
  • safe sampling from reactors, dryers, pipes, tanks, and mixers

Samples are generally taken for the following reasons:

  • To ensure that products are being made according to specifications
  • As part of troubleshooting in determining the source of product contamination
